Forward Ashley Hemmings has today joined Vanarama National League North side Altrincham on loan.

Hemmings was signed in the summer from Salford City, just two months after joining them from National League North side Boston United.

Hemmings has been regularly featured in the side this season, appearing 17 times – with 14 of these appearances being from the bench.

Hemmings most recent memorable contribution came when he provided the assist for Serhat Tasdemir’s late winner at home to Boreham Wood, in which two goals in a minute gave The Coasters three points.

The loan move provides Hemmings with the chance to gain more first-team opportunities over a busy festive fixture.

His short-term loan will run until January 14th, although AFC Fylde have the option to shorten it to a 28-day loan should circumstances require.
