AFC Fylde boss Dave Challinor is keen to avoid an upset when his side face Warrington Town in the FA Trophy tomorrow.
The Coasters sit two divisions higher than their opponents in the football pyramid, but Challinor is still wary of their threat.
“They are on a great run of form and whilst this is a competition we want to progress in, we have a lot of injuries so it will be a patched up side.
“We have players that are at a higher level than Warrington’s players, but we know as well as anyone that cup competitions gives an opportunity for lower ranked sides to show what they can do.
“We know we are going to have to work our socks off and play well to get the right result. There will be the chance for a few lads who haven’t had many minutes to get some game time and show why they are a vital part of the squad.
“This competition gives players at this level the one realistic chance of playing at Wembley, so when you look at it in that context, it’s a massive game, but we would not swap a cup run for success in the league.”
