The ‘AFC Fylde to Stockport County Charity Cycle’ is giving supporters the chance to bid for two places in the Sponsors Suite at Kellamergh Park for the Bradford Park Avenue this Saturday (Saturday 26th March).
Simply email your bid to [email protected] and the highest bid wins. All proceeds from the auction go to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Several mixed ability cyclists, including stadium announcer Brian Porter, will be cycling almost 50 miles from Kellamergh Park to Stockport’s Edgeley Park to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Almost £3,000 has been raised so far and the money will be used to help provide specialist care and facilities that allow those suffering to be teenagers first and cancer patients second.
Around seven young people aged between 13 and 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK and the Teenage Cancer Trust currently helps around half of those suffering, however the increasing number of donations to the charity can help them reach the other half so that no-one suffers alone.
You can donate to the cause by clicking here or by text using the text giving code FYSC51 and the amount to 70070.
