The date has been set for AFC Fylde Youth Team’s huge clash with Chesterfield’s Academy who will visit Kellamergh Park on Monday, 17 November 2014.

Stewart Clitheroe’s youngsters won through to the Second Round Proper for the first time in the club’s history with an excellent 2-1 victory over Newcastle Benfield a week ago so only have to wait two weeks before they try and make history again.

This time the test will be even tougher as they will come up against a Football League academy side for the first time but the carrot for the winners could not be sweeter…

Barclays U18 Premier League side ASTON VILLA will be visitors to whoever wins this tie in the Third Round Proper!!

Admission prices for Monday’s clash will be £3 for adults and £1 for concessions and U16’s.  Kick off is 7:30pm so please continue your fine support for the Fylde youngsters in what will be their fifth home tie of this season’s competition.

Another big crowd will surely spur them on to achieve eve greater success.
