AFC Fylde Community Foundation is delighted to announce the relaunch of their new and improved Football Development Centre.
After being forced to close for months due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the foundation team have been working hard, planning and developing for their welcome return.
The result is a revitalised new centre offering carefully tailored and customised training sessions and plans to enable local children to develop their football ability and agility.
Relaunching on Monday 28th September, the Football Development Centre will be open to all children aged between 2 and 14 years, with a wide variety of different sessions catering for all-inclusive age groups and abilities.
Whilst a key aim of the centre is to enable the children to progress and gain more confidence playing the game, the Foundation also takes pride in the centre providing a safe haven where like-minded children can meet, make new friends and have fun in a nurturing and productive environment supported by the staff.
Foundation Development Centre Lead, Dan Crofts is delighted the organisation can relaunch its new and improved offer.
He said: “This is something I’m incredibly excited about. To be able to extend the Football Development Centre across multiple days, sessions and times is something we have wanted to do for a while.
“Our aim is to give the participants the best opportunities for learning and progressing as much possible. With the new revised format we have created I’m extremely confident this will be the case.”
