AFC Fylde boss, Jim Bentley, has now returned to Mill Farm to take charge of first-team duties. The manager’s operation – originally expected to take place on 3rd November – has now been pushed back due to the current Covid-19 situation. 

The circumstances have meant that Jim’s operation has had to be delayed until the end of November. 

The manager will take training as usual, and be back in the dugout for Saturday’s National League North fixture against Farsley Celtic.

The club will update you as and when we receive more details regarding Jim’s period of self-isolation and date of operation.
