AFC Fylde have completed the signing of 21-year-old versatile midfielder Kristian Scott from Nuneaton Town.

The former USA youth international began his career with Stoke City before he was scouted by Swansea City at the age of 18. He then moved on to fellow Premier League side Leicester City before joining Nuneaton towards the end of last season. 

Coasters boss Dave Challinor said: “The opportunity arose to bring in Kristian at a time when we are struggling with a few injuries. 

“He is technically very good and gives us more options in a variety of positions and strengthens the squad further still.”

Kristian is available for selection for tomorrow’s National League North fixture against Altrincham.
