This week we have had a further meeting with Fylde Borough Council to run through some of the outstanding matters.

Ecology continues to be an issue but we are hopeful of a positive response from LCC next week.  We found the meeting very productive and expect to have our legal agreement in place week commencing 8th September.  This agreement will then be referred to the National Planning Unit for their review which is quite normal for an application of this size.

On this matter we were pleased to receive support from Fylde MP Mark Menzies who has sent a specific letter to the Planning Minister, Brandon Lewis MP asking him to ensure that once the agreement is received from the Council it is processed in a timely manner.  This should ensure that we receive feedback from the National Planning Unit within the 21 day guidelines.
