Preparations are well underway for Monday night’s historic televised match against rivals Barrow!

The Coasters’ Bank Holiday clash against the Bluebirds  (Monday 28th August, 7:45pm) was selected by BT Sport in the summer for live broadcast in what is a first for the club.

Mill Farm will welcome 60 BT Sport crew with five TV trucks on the day and the scaffolding / cabling has been installed over the course of this week as the excitement builds.

Twelve cameras will be located around the ground for the game whilst a TV gantry and commentary box have been built on the roof of the East Stand with two separate platforms constructed at either end of the stand to house additional cameras. A temporary tower has also been erected behind the goal at the North Stand.
