AFC Fylde midfielder Tom McCready has extended his loan deal with Colwyn Bay for a further month.

McCready, 26, has impressed since joining the Evo-Stik North club in mid-January, helping them to two wins and two draws in his four games so far.

Colwyn Bay manager Alan Morgan said: “Tom has done well for us and I’m delighted to keep him for another month as we chase a play-off place.”

The Welsh side are currently three points behind sixth-placed Trafford with games in hand.
