Our exclusive Mediterranean restaurant at Mill Farm, Milano’s, is set for completion this weekend ahead of the eagerly-anticipated opening next week.
The final upholstery for the curved seating booths arrived today after the suppliers worked tirelessly overnight to finish and is currently being fitted.
The final touches to the decorations are underway, crockery and cutlery is in place and the pictures are ready to hang on the walls!
The bar has been stocked whilst the kitchen has been commissioned and tested out by our Head Chef Grant Beech who has been dishing out delicious little tasters to workman this afternoon.
The impressive alfresco area has been power-washed this morning ready for the dining furniture.
We have an exciting week planned for the grand opening with several events scheduled. Our full Milano’s Pizza menu will be available in Bradleys Sports Bar on Monday and Tuesday ahead of the soft opening for staff on Wednesday. Milano’s will host a VIP evening on Thursday before we proudly open to the public on Friday.
Elsewhere on site, the steelwork for the KFC drive-thru and Euro Garages petrol stadium premises is well underway.
