AFC Fylde is delighted to announce that Mo Faal has been awarded the February National League North Player of the Month award. 

Mo had an outstanding month for the Coasters, scoring five goals and contributing significantly in a month where AFC Fylde picked up the most points in the National League North. 

The towering forward’s five goals, which came against Curzon Ashton, Peterborough Sports & King’s Lynn Town, saw Mo double his tally for the entire season and grow a stronger connection with Fylde fans.

His strikes in February ultimately helped Adam Murray’s side push their way to the top of the table, with the Coasters gaining five more points than they would have thanks to Faal’s goals before his return to West Brom at the beginning of March.
