AFC Fylde is devastated to announce the death of Matchday Secretary Robert “Bob” Davey, who sadly passed away peacefully at home on Monday 29^th November 2021, surrounded by his loving family.

The thoughts and prayers of everyone at AFC Fylde are with Bob’s family and friends at this difficult time. Bob was a “giant among men” at the Club and will forever be held in our hearts.  

Details of Bob’s funeral will be published on the AFC Fylde website at a later date.

A one-minute silence will be held in Bob’s memory at Saturday’s fixture against Blyth Spartans.
