As you may now be aware, last weekend our membership benefits changed from offering a cash discount to the new Ecash system.

There still seems to be some misunderstanding on how the new system works, so hopefully this communication will clarify the situation. 

Firstly and most importantly the new Ecash system requires you to have money PRE-LOADED onto the card before you can receive any benefit. 

You can load your card at https:ecash.afcfylde.co.uk/login and then when you pay for anything at Mill Farm you simply present your card*. You will need your membership number and your existing password (the same as you use for ticket purchases) to access the site. If you need to reset your password please follow the link on the Ecash login page.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO PAY FOR YOUR TRANSACTION WITHOUT USING YOUR PRE-LOADED CARD THEN NO CASHBACK CAN BE ADDED ONTO YOUR CARD. 

Please can we also remind you that keeping your email address and postal address up to date is important, as the majority of our offers are only published online.
