AFC Fylde’s FA Youth Cup run is set to resume on Wednesday 17th March at Cambridge United, following a short suspension. 

The young Coasters were due to play their Third Round tie before the Football Association decided to halt all fixtures due to ongoing issues arising from the national lockdown.

The good news is that England’s most prestigious youth competition is set to continue, giving Fylde Under-18’s the chance to progress even further in what has already been a historic campaign.

Wednesday’s clash against Cambridge United will take place at Newmarket Town’s home ground, Cricket Field Road. Kick-off is scheduled for 6 pm and will be played behind-closed-doors. Live updates will be provided across social media platforms for all Coasters fans.

It has been confirmed that all FA Youth Cup fourth-round fixtures will be played before Saturday 3 April, with a mouth-watering tie at Chelsea on offer for AFC Fylde or Cambridge.
