Tonight our U18 Academy side resume their FA Cup campaign as they face Clitheroe FC with a place in the final preliminary round up for grabs. 

 

The lads come into the game on the back of a dominant display again Darlington FC in the league and prior to that a narrow success against Stockport Town FC which brings them into today’s game.

Tonight’s 7pm kick off takes at Clitheroe FC (BB7 1LZ) and is open to spectators.

Head of Coaching and Youth Team Manager Conrad Prendergast gives us a quick preview of the game, saying:

“It’s the FA Youth Cup. It’s a competition the club obviously want to see us do well in and as an occasion, the lads clearly relish it. We under performed against Stockport in the last round of this completion so we go into the game with a clear focus on what the team and individually we must improve on.”
