The AFC Fylde Community Foundation is proud to be launching its newly revised Family Engagement and Primary School Education booklets, which form part of the Foundation’s award-winning ‘Get on Board’ health and wellbeing programme, engaging with over 2,500 Fylde Coast residents each year.
Working in partnership with Fylde and Wyre CCG, the Foundation’s family engagement and early action programme has developed the Fylde Coast’s most bespoke education booklets, inspiring the next generation of adults to lead healthy and prosperous lives.
This is possible, through the delivery of both specialist targeted and early intervention services, utilising the Foundation’s booklets to educate and inspire our next generation of parents and adults.
