AFC Fylde are looking for match day volunteers to support in providing the best possible experience to match day guests. Whatever role you undertake you will receive an induction as well as general and specific training on the job to ensure you can undertake the task at hand.

Available positions

Marshalling

– Traffic Marshalling – To ensure our supporters and away supporters are guided to where spaces are and supported in finding a place to park

– Match Day Marshalls – Working with supporters to ensure they are supported in and out of our facilities

– Players Gate Marshalls – Ensuring only players and approved persons enter through the players gate

Operations

– Working on Turnstiles – Taking cash through the gates and providing accurate counts of numbers of supporters on the day

– Working in Snack bar – Serving food and drink to home and away supporters

– Working in the Fullers Bar, (Must be 18) Serving alcohol in AFC Fylde’s supporters bar

– Working in the directors or sponsors lounge

– Managing the scoreboard.

Maintenance

– Providing support with match day clear up

– Maintaining the pitch on none match days

Marketing

– Working as an announcer on the day

– Selling match day programmes

– Selling match day raffle tickets

– Working in the merchandise shop on match day

On the Pitch

– Placing and removing training goal posts for pre matches and half time fun.
