Defender Tylder Forbes has left AFC Fylde, opting to move on from his short-term contract.

Forbes made seven appearances for the Coasters, and found the back of the net on one occasion in a 3-1 reverse to Chesterfield.

Tyler cited his desire for first team football in conversations with Coasters boss Jim Bentley, and leaves with the best wishes of everyone at the club.

Forbes has since signed for National League North side Spennymoor Town, confirmed on 8th January.

The departure follows the news of the arrival of forward Tom Walker yesterday afternoon from Salford City.
