AFC Fylde can confirm that defender Pierce Bird has joined Buxton FC on a one-month loan deal.

Pierce, who joined the Coasters on a free transfer from King’s Lynn Town in June 2022, has made 46 appearances for the Club and contributed heavily to the 2022/23 National League North title win.

The loan allows Pierce to gain valuable match time at the Silverlands Stadium.
